Product What are you selling? Product type, material or blank, print method if known, personalization needs, and whether it is a gift, apparel, wall art, sticker, jewelry, or accessory product.
Market Where is the buyer? Main buyer country, marketplace or store type, shipping promise, return expectation, and whether international fulfillment matters.
Money What is the price target? Target selling price, base cost, shipping cost, marketplace fees, discount plan, and the margin buffer you want to protect.
Provider What have you checked? Your shortlist, sample status, known quality concerns, backup provider, and any support or production issue you are trying to avoid.
Decision What answer do you need? Ask for one specific choice: first sample provider, backup provider, product route, shipping setup, or whether your margin is too tight.
